This is Hector ‘s debut with the Par Recordings Camp. Hector is a producer from Spain with ample experience in the field of production and Djing. Hector is based in Berlin and in immersed in the puristic sound of techno as it is depicted in this record. This ep includes remixes by Vilix a man from Rome Italy who is part of the CRS Recordings label collective and the other remix is by Mas Teeveh a man from Bergamo, Italy who is making waves in the techno scene these days.

MuteResponse provides a unique tribute to the legacy of pioneering label Mute Records. Released as a double compilation download album by NominalMusics, MuteResponse will include twenty-two tracks from a range of artists who have been influenced by this pioneering imprint.
Focussing on the importance of Mute in the development of electronic music, from postpunk industrial noise through to pop and techno, the albums include contributions from producer Gareth Jones, D-R-U-N-K (Oly Grasset), Simon Fisher Turner collaborator Espen J. Jörgensen and Vic Twenty. Elsewhere, Jonteknik offers a playful tribute to Erasure’s Vince Clarke, Thee Balancer pays homage to Throbbing Gristle’s Peter Christopherson, while London unit The SFTs provide a personal message to Mute’s founder, Daniel Miller.
MuteResponse was compiled by music journalist and Mute fan Mat Smith to coincide with the tenth anniversary of his Documentary Evidence website. ‘I wanted to find a way of highlighting just how important Mute has been for electronic music,’ says Smith. ‘It would have been really easy to ask for straight cover versions of Mute’s best moments but I really wanted to find a way of capturing the essence of what the label means to people instead. In the end I did agree to one cover version being included [MO75’s beautiful instrumental take on Depeche Mode’s ‘See You’]. It’s a real mixture of dark and light, which was one of the things I really wanted to showcase.’
‘Mute has meant so much to me,’ concludes Smith, ‘and I was genuinely overwhelmed at how many like-minded people there were out there who wanted to be part of this project.’ The compilations consist of exclusive tracks created just for the albums, unreleased tracks and tracks from recent releases that suited the theme of the project.
The albums will be released through Bandcamp on 4 November 2013 and will include alternative artwork from some of the contributors to the project as well as Simone Grant, who designed the first sleeves for Mute, and Olivia Louvel. MuteResponse was mastered by Chris Sharp (Concretism).

WIDE Records return with two new Bass tracks from the legendary Debasser. Having made his way into the sets of DJs Richie Hawtin, Dave Clarke, Andrew Weatherall and Luke Slater with sub heavy classics “Fat Girls”, “Dark Smile” and “Quite Erotic”, Debasser is back with remixes from Mark Archer and Paul Blackford.
“Thinking Of You” is a heavy bass booze session narrated by random voice messages awaiting their round of Grandpa’s Medicine. The remixes include a raw acid house remix from Altern-8’s Mark Archer and an electro bass over-crank from Egham’s finest, Paul Blackford.

Originally coming to light back in 2002, Debasser entered the music scene with the critically acclaimed “Fat Girls” on Novamute, after a previous release on Disco D’s GTI Recordings in Detroit. The follow up track, “Dark Smile” became a classic track amid the emerging UK Bass scene. His output has continued on a number of labels around the globe including Seed, Balkan and Input-Output, as well as his own WIDE Records, which he co-founded with the late DJ Cutlass Supreme. His infamous live shows have been described by journalists as “genre busting” and “approaching genius point”.

On PSYK´s new ‘Eclipse’ EP, CLR finally releases a track that Chris Liebing has been playing all summer long on all kinds of occasions.The label-head has even called it his ‘track of the summer’, a royal accolade for young Manuel Anós aka PSYK. Like other similarly contagious tracks, ‘Eclipse’ also has an intoxicating, elegantly rolling beat and loads of well defined bass. The general choice of sounds and atmospheres has a somewhat trippy and otherworldly yet uplifting feel, which combines beautifully with the driving character of the track.
