Entropie- the measure of disorder in the system.

Established to break up social structures and against social forces Entropie is the medium for Techno in his raw form. In a world full of rules and prohibitions the darkness is the only place where we can escape from reality. Known for its dynamic atmosphere Entropie stands for a clear, rough & uncompromising sound.

For the seventeenth edition of the Entropie events, Raffaele Attanasio will be headlining the Club Floor. He is a pianist, arranger and producer. During his career he collaborated with artists such as Orlando Voorn for the personal compilation on Nightvision Records. Now Raffaele is supported by important artists such as Len Faki, Luke Slater, Ben Sims, Chris Liebing, Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Juan Atkins, Oscar mulero and Dustin Zahn. Raffaele made remixes for Trapez, Gynoid and the last is called Telraefor Reimut Van Bonn In 2014, he succeeded in making one of his greatest artist dreams come true: dieting in a b2b session with Jeff Mills in Naples, and then went on to play his glorious b2b with Octave One.

Tense atmospherics, uncompromising levels of distortion and stark, astute beats constitute a distinctive sound that Simon Hayes has been honing for more than a decade under his Swarm Intelligence guise. Born in Dublin, currently living in Belrin. Releases on Acre, Acroplane, Ad Noiseam, Voitax and most recently on Instruments of Discipline.

Eastel is a DJ and producer living between Paris and Seoul. Her take on Techno is industrial, energetic, fast, heavy and dark. With a remix for Paula Temple on Noise Manifesto, and releases to come on various labels later this year, Eastel is setting herself to become a stronghold name. She also has two side project: Arius ( a project w/ French artist Paul Mørk) where cinematic, dark melodic elements and uncompromising techno sounds combine; and NvrsEastel (a project with Californian artists NVRS) playing with destructured sonorities, distorted drums, drone and post-industrial elements, noisy sounds and Eastel’s vocals

The massive rave will be opened by Entropie resident, Ecoshape. He will start the night with the typical Entropie sound clear, rough & uncompromising.

Modular Ambient Patch will happen at the second floor. Here you can listen to artists they will perform live with modular devices.

Philet is a producer/composer and live performer living in Berlin. Multi-influenced he merges Techno and Electro focussing the dancefloor but also experiments with ambient soundscapes to assemble thoughtful compositions with a deep understanding resulting in a unique take on his sound. And after having released tracks on different compilations and various-artist EPs, his first solo EP will be out early 2020. For this live show Philet will combine his signature drum patterns with heavy basslines and eerie drones and pads to push and expand the boundaries of contemporary music to the limit.

Widow is based in Berlin since the millenium. Influenced by famous artists and the Berlin Club Culture. In 2017 he build his first Modular Setup and he gave his debüt gig in 2019 at About Blank.

If you want to avoid long waiting times at the entry and skip the queue, you have to buy your ticket online.

Looking forward to see new and familiar faces.

For the sixteens edition of the Entropie events, Lewis Fautzi will be headlining the Club Floor. If his sound could be materialized, it would look something like this: The gleam of cosmic light reflects on polished surfaces, which sometimes trace long smooth curves, other times end in edges, outlining a powerful machine piercing a path between the gravitational pull of a black hole, and the attraction of the brightness of a newly-born star.
Lewis has in his log, 2 EP´s on Len Faki´s Figure, 2 works on Oscar Mulero´s Pole Groupwith, a collab with Pär Grindvik on his “baby” Faut Section. At the same label where we get an Oscar Mulero EP with 2 Lewis Fautzi remixes. Crucially, he put out a 2nd album on Soma, “Space Exploration”, a conceptual work, as personal as it feels alien, where he displays his unsatiable thirst for musical knowledge and exploration, by broadening his horizons towards more ambient and experimental sound forms. He´s also provided interstellar tourism experiences, both as a DJ or as a live-act, at dancefloors like Tresor, Gare Porto, Lux Frágil and the “final frontier”, Berghain, amongst many other notable spaces.

As the second headliner for the Club Floor we invited Samuli Kemppi. He is a Helsinki-based producer, dj, radio host and a label owner. The techno afcionado with over 30 releases, numerous remixes and gigs from Buenos Aires to Shanghai, Samuli is one of the best known techno exports from Finland. Kemppi’s musical style draws from the deeper frequencies of techno and experimental music.

To have a proper techno night at the Club Floor, two of our residents will also perform. Albety, one of our residents, is a Berlin based Dj and Producer and also one of the organizer of the Entropie events. He is known for his nice selection of tracks and his mixing skills. Let’s welcome the new face in the Entropie family. Prideman. He will play the opening set at the Club Floor.ONLY VINYL!!! If you hear next time, Prideman, you can looking forward to a powerful vinyl performance.

At the Open Air Floor some groovy House Beats and Disco Beats and other Styles will make your body to move.

Asem Shama will perform the an extended closing set. Since the beginning of the 90’s Asem can be considered as one of the pioneers of electronic music in Germany. He co-founded the label Sportclub focused on a rather minimalistic style of techno. In 2013 Asem released his 1st Artist Album „MNDCTRL“ which marked a new meridian in his production skills and musical variety.

CEO of NovaFuture, known for running the well-established NovaFuture Blog, is kicking off NovaFuture Recordings. He will mix some groovy Depeche Mode beats. So if you love Depeche Mode you will love his performance.

Our two friends of the Resonanz Crew, Discoschulle and Miami Rolfe will play a B2B session. By the way, Miami Rolfe is the founder of the Resonanz events and Discoschulle the booker.

Last but not least we would like to introduce you to Anna Schreit. She will play the opening set at the OpenAir Floor. She started DJing to share the tracks she has collected and built up throughout the years and to create experiences and journeys within her sets.

Looking forward to see new and familiar faces

Entropie – the measure of disorder in the system.

Established to break up social structures and against social forces Entropie is the medium for Techno in his raw form. In a world full of rules and prohibitions the darkness is the only place where we can escape from reality. Known for its dynamic atmosphere Entropie stands for a clear, rough & uncompromising sound.

For our second edition in 2019, we invited the French techno legend Electric Rescue. In the game for 25 years already, he early was considered one of the France based masters of electronic music and is, therefore, a worldwide renowned artist. His productions have been signed to labels like Affin, Arts, F Communications and Sleaze Records. He was given the opportunity to play in mythic venues such as Berghain/Panorama Bar, Tresor, The Edge (Sao Paulo), Air Club (Tokyo) and even well-referenced Festivals like Amsterdam Dance Event, 3rd Empire (Israel), Piknic Electronik (Canada). His artistic effervescence is also displayed by the great management he shows on his very own label Skryptöm Records. Established in 2006, artists like Antigone, Truncate, Slam, Johannes Heil and Xhin, amongst others, have released on it. In 2019 his own new album “ Esquisse“ will arrive, presenting a large panel of what he loves the most.

As a second guest, we invited German-born and raised DJ and Producer Markus Suckut. His first release in 2009 and already a discography with over 30 records – including two full length solo albums; DNA (Figure) and Resist (EXILE) released in 2013 and 2017 respectively – show the enthusiasm this guy has for Techno. Suckut also runs two imprints; SCKT founded in 2012, which he brought back to life in 2016 after a two-year hiatus and the more recent Tales Of The Machines that he started in the same year.
The latter one proclaims its manifesto being to release more extemporary live tapings from jamming sessions in the studio, simply letting the machines have more of a “final say” in the process.

Since the first edition of Entropie we are proud to have our resident Julius Henze. His sets always tell a clear story. Lately, he also proofed his mixing skills at the famous „staub“ event.

Last but not least we want to welcome a new face to the Entropie family. He is the co-founder of Vertical Dynamics, a thoroughbred DJ and therefore known in Berlin for his exceptional taste of music and mixing skills. Also, he builds a Duo with our already resident “Echoshape“ as “Analshape“.Welcome Analogue! We are proud to have him as a resident at Entropie Events.

Looking forward to see new and familiar faces.
