in may 2023, st.raumen will present their latest project – hexenmotte – six new slabs of cinematic heavy electronics, enfused with melancholia and dark symbolism.

building on 2022’s album “struktur”, “hexenmotte” delves deeper into themes of absurdity and the frailty of the human condition and features guest vocals from the incredible joshua murphy, milan von kummer, local suicide and joy tyson.

abrasive, analogue rhythms and complex layered tones and textures are filtered through abused and overloaded equipment, giving hexenmotte a dense, almost filmic quality and evoking images of ritual, desolation and struggle.
