“Nigh/T\mare” debut album in kontralamakina begins with an intense emotional journey through desolate landscapes of a distant world and rhythms that break everything that appears in its path. Industrial/experimental techno of the highest sphere. Titled ‘The oblivion of time’, this set of 5 original tracks + 1 remix by the legendary canadian duo techno “Orphx”

As the title suggests, it was conceived as a kind of ritual journey through the Neanderthals of memories, false memories or how we could have been in a universe where things would have been different, where that inner flame would have been the great spectator of time.

Past, present and future are stitched together by time… which rushes relentlessly, relentlessly and without empathy ahead of us. It leaves us with the knowledge that nothing will ever come back.

What remains is the desperate desire to be able to walk on it… back and forth to hold on to moments and emotions that have now come to an end, like everything else that is destined to end…. except time. , dark music for dark times
