Arkham Friends’ is a 2 part compilation with an uncompromising lineup of talent from the Arkham Audio family that have been making waves since the labels unveiling just over a year ago.

Part 1 is constructed of 10 quality tracks that speak many different tongues of techno. From Roman Poncet’s rhythmic, pulsing, hard energy approach, through to a percussively driven, bassline rich and highly addictive upbeat style from Insolate. Crashguard & Denise Rabe deliver riveting hard, dark and heavy approachs to the mix, while the likes of CYRK & DJ T-1000 fuse together eclectic elements to make tracks offering a unique left of centre approach that is full of surprises. Luis Flores lets everything breathe with his slow burn offering while J. Blofeld cleverly paints a world full of layered soundscapes. The multifaceted part 1 side is completed with Dustin Zahn & K-Ten producing lush synth fueled soundscapes which perfectly mix into this dynamic first part.

The second part of the compilation turns up the intensity to the maximum with 9 slamming club ready tracks. The man behind the label is Jerome D., aka Cri Du Coeur and he drops a delicious acid heavy track. His approach is supported by Marhu & Florian Meindl who also construct a world of acid-fueled mayhem. Drumcell continues to bring cleverly constructed chaos with a suspenseful array of hard sporadic energy.

An unrelenting flood of hard body moving frequencies is added by Zadig & Joe Farr before thick heavy basslines from Germany‘s Oliver Deutschmann fill out the spectrum. Kaiser and Madben’s gripping tracks are full of suspense and depth and round out this pounding second part of the compilation with a bang.

From top to toe this is a synergy of vigorous tracks that formulate to make an in-vigorating compilation from the Belgium based Arkham Audio which is releasing on September 3rd.

UK-based Frankie Bromley arrives on Chris Liebing’s legendary CLR imprint with ‘Forgiveness EP’.

Arriving on the recently relaunched CLR, Bromley turns in four direct, no-nonsense tracks for one of Europe’s longest-running and most inﬂuential techno imprints.

Opening track ‘Spider’ sees the UK-based DJ/producer weave a web of dense, gritty atmospherics amongst trippy synth work and seismic drums before title cut ‘Forgiveness’ brings a wonky bassline, spacey percussion, and ghostly vocals to proceedings.

Shuﬄing percussion meets slowly modulating low-end in ‘Drama’, the track slowly winding through a constantly building arrangement, before ‘Mental Resistance’ provides the ﬁnalé, bringing down the pace and ticking all the boxes for a late-night trip, with sharp drums, dubbed-out FX, and machine-like hits closing out the EP.

Hailing from Manchester, Frankie Bromley has previously appeared on the likes of Codec 992, Øbskure, and more, with his music picking up support from some of techno’s biggest names including Radio Slave, Richie Hawtin, and of course, Chris Liebing.

Enigmatic Berlin-based electronic producer and DJ MOLLY MILLIONS has announced details of a two-track remix release which sees ‘Vodka Shot’, one of the stand-out tracks from Millions’ debut EP MDLA, get spectacular reworkings by Nicole Moudaber and Dusty Kid.

DJ, producer, event promoter and label head Nicole Moudaber brings her dancefloor might to ‘Vodka Shot’ for a pounding reworking and explains, “I’ve been a huge fan of Molly Millions and everything the project stands for ever since I first heard the raw gritty sound on the MDLA EP.” Well known for her passionate work speaking out against injustice in its many forms, she goes on to say, “They do a fantastic job of interweaving the theme of the personal/political relationship with drugs in music which isn’t something we should shy away from. Taking a stand with artist expression is always something I push for which is why I was honored to have the chance to remix Vodka shot.”

Taking about both Nicole Moudaber and Dusty Kid’s remixes, Molly Millions explained, “Legalization and regulation go hand in hand for a better approach to drugs in society. Harm reduction is more important than ever, in the world and on the dancefloor. Nicole’s remix is a blessing, I was absolutely fuelled by her unflinching support in this project, and Dusty Kid is a legend, I am blessed for his outstanding remix and support.”

Molly Millions is a messenger from tomorrow. Through the four-track debut EP – released on Pill Press Records, a joint venture with Mute, in 2020 – Millions looks to change the way people think about drug policy on tracks like ‘Ketamine Jass’, where she blends Prohibition Era Dixieland with techno and, in the accompanying video invites us to weigh up the choices on how public money is spent.

Molly Millions goes on to say, “Drug legalization helps create a safer and healthier society. Drug prohibition traps developing countries in a cycle of poverty. The war on drugs is costing us millions and billions. Drug legalization is a key to building a better world.”
