Research, discovery, take a risk, and trust, these are some of the words that give meaning to 30D and, from our point of view, words that should define an avant-garde music label.
We are happy to present Tauceti‘s first solo work. Artist that 30D supports and believe in for her vision of techno, her serious and dedicated work and for her conceptual, aesthetic and philosophical coherence of quality underground techno.
Her music is direct and honest, but not for this an easy thing: deep, mental and melancholic techno, but also percussive, textured, raw and industrial at same time. And, even more, it is a true declaration of intent from a true emerging talent from the French techno scene.
Born in the last year of the 20th century in the south of France, her Asian and Middle Eastern roots brought her a special and rich vision of culture, society and art.
Attracted to music from a young age, learning about music theory from the early age of 5 at the conservatory, it was in her teenage years that Tauceti decided to move to Toulouse to pursue her studies at the Music High School, where she specialized in percussion. Being deeply interested in the human conceptualization of art, she moved to Grenoble to study Philosophy. It was there where she had her first performances as a DJ.
It was a bit later when she moved to Lyon, where is based and where she develops her music and DJ skills, exporting her work to the rest of the world.
The combination of her musical and philosophical knowledges is what makes her special. Through her work, she explored the concepts of philosophers such as Nietzsche and his assertion that art is the supreme force of human creativity, being where a man exercises his power.
Timelessness, depth, intensity, polyrhythms, layers and textures are some of the words that define the music of Tauceti who, staying away from trends and rules, creates her own musical identity both in the music she composes and as a DJ.
