After a little break we are returning to our home base the Arena Club. This time we are celebrating our two year anniversary together with old and new friends. For musical support we have invited Sleeparchive, Counterweight‘s resident Gonzo MDF and Background Radiation from the Stützpunkt crew.

Voitax ist ein in Berlin ansässiges Label, das mit seinen dunklen und obskuren Techno-Klängen eine sehr spezielle Klangästhetik verfolgt. Als einer der Betreiber will Paàl in erster Linie das musikalische Werk und nicht den einzelnen Künstler (-namen) in den Vordergrund rücken. Die Releases erscheinen ausschließlich auf Vinyl, mit handgestempelten Labels, die nur auf das Logo und den EP-Titel hinweisen. Einer der profiliertesten Acts des Labels dürfte Paul Régimbeau alias Mondkopf sein, der heute Nacht live spielen wird. Der Franzose hat nach einigen knallharten Techno-Releases vor einem Jahr das bewegende Ambient-Album They Fall But You Don’t auf seinem eigenen Label In Paradisum veröffentlicht, auf dem er den Terroranschlag auf den Pariser Club Le Bataclan verarbeitet hat. Neben Paàl und Mondkopf spielen heute Nacht Rory St John, Swarm Intelligence und Unhuman.
