Introduction:
The non-commercial Nuremberg music blog called Theatral Soup started 6 years ago as a hobby and nostalgia project with a radio background to write about current and older releases in the field of electronic music.

The musical sound of the Nuremberg techno DJ Theatral Soup (Kiss Klub, Haus33) himself, in addition to industrial, wavy and punk directions, is strongly influenced by groove, hypnotic, dub techno, Detroit electro, noise, ambient and break, the set design is consciously always present Atmospheric images of beloved arthouse films are inspired and the love for electronic music was probably strengthened by electronic video game scores from childhood. Stylistically, the DJ is on one “never-ending search for identity” somewhere between punk attitude, raw rhythm, surrealistic provocation, rebellious violent aesthetics and minimalism.
