Spanish Techno duo NX1 returns to BITE with 4 track EP Wound Mark Following their smashing EP on the label 3 years ago, NX1 return with Wound Mark. The Barcelona duo consisting of Surit and Samot formed at the end of 2011 and created a trademark sonic imprint that moves between heavy memories of classic techno with nods towards IDM to more mental spaces in contemporary sound design. NX1 propel themselves forward with futuristic elements, while also reﬂecting modern challenges. This EP designates a new range of intensities from the slow, melancholic roll of the opening track to seemingly heavier and progressive territory building up until the ﬁnal minutes of Wound Mark.
