Hypress setzt 2020 auf einen Neustart. Neue Dekade heißt: neuer Look, neue Künstler, neues Team und die lang ersehnte Label-Compilation als Doppel LP. Des Labels bisher größtes Werk dient als Werkschau und gleichzeitige Schärfung des eigenen Portfolios – auf der LP finden sich sowohl lokale Leipziger Electronic-Musiker, als auch renommierte internationale Künstlern wieder. Der konsequente Umgang verschiedener Genres zeitgenössischer Clubmusik ist ganz typisch für den bisherigen Label-Katalog, so werden auch diesmal 12 verschiedene Tracks im Spannungsfeld zwischen Techno und Electro auf Vinyl vorgestellt, sowie zwei weitere digitale Bonus Tracks. Kurios große Summen an Roséwein im gemeinsamen Studio-Kühlschrank wurden nicht nur zum Running Gag, sondern zum namensgebenden LP-Titel.

Hypress makes a fresh start. New look, new artists, new team, a new release as a double LP. Lots of rosé wine in a studio refrigerator and a running gag should do the trick. No crazy idea. The label’s largest work to date serves as a work show and at the same time sharpening its own portfolio. Various LP electronic musicians from Leipzig are mingled with renowned international artists on the LP. The consistent handling of different genres of contemporary club music is very typical of the previous label catalog. 12 different tracks in the field of tension between techno, electro, wave and breakbeat on vinyl + 2 additional digital bonus tracks.
