Landscape Is Liquid is the 8th ANGELTHEORY studio album from Australian musician Charles Fenech. Since ANGELTHEORYs inception in 2003, Charles has brought a sound that possesses a blend of rapturous otherworldly dark electro soundscapes.
His new alum, Landscape is Liquid is a forward moving journey. From it’s departure point it travels through sonic landscapes and atmospheres all underpinned by contsant snycopated beats, that evolve one layer at a time.
It’s like being on a train and staring at the tracks -hypnotic. Eventually arriving at your destination, while not remembering where you have been, or what you have seen.
In sound, Landscape is Liquid is unmistakenly ANGELTHEORY, however he now combines inflences from Underworld, The Orb, and the late 90’s rave culture to deliver a uniquie experience in electronic music. Along with lyrics of isolation, connection, reflection and wonder, Landscape is Liquid is ANGELTHEORY reaching a new height for Australian Electronic Music.
