Leipzig’s Nendza debuts on Ekserd and Glos’ label Ressort Imprint with four thudding techno cuts entitled ‘Divulge’.
Being raised in a family full of artists and musicians meant that music was always a vital part of Nendza’s creative upbringing. Influenced by a full range of styles, Nendza has created an innovative sound that finds expression in some of the most intriguing environments pursuing euphoria and meaning through sub-frequencies, texture, pressure and lightness. ‘Divulge’ sees Nendza join the Ressort Imprint following the likes of The Plant Worker, Denise Rabe, Luis Flores, Border One and label bosses Ekserd and Glos.
‘Divulge’ kicks things off with piercing synth swirls, emphatic kicks and murky modulations before weighty percussion, otherworldly oscillations and echoing effects take the focus in ‘Irrigate’. ‘Ultraray’ then maintains the atmospheric techno style through stabbing notes, resonating low end and an ethereal four-four beat until ‘Anvil’ finishes things off by balancing a syncopated drum groove, emotive melodies and hypnotising aesthetics.
