Occultists presents a remix EP of label founder James Demon’s latest EP. The “Padded Cell” remix collection takes you though an eclectic mix of techno that is sure to have something for every enthusiast of the genre.

Starting things off Dorian Gray, brings an interesting interpretation of “Fingernails” focusing on the dreamy aspects and reconstructing them with organic sound to create a beautiful but floor friendly track. Then Jasmine Infiniti, who joined the Occultists ranks on this years Book of Shadows compilation mashes up “Padded Cell” with slamming beats, eerie atmospheres and the right amount of old skool flare to round it out.

Finishing off the package is a rough and pounding remix of “Riot Grrls” from Femanyst. Playing around even more with the original inspiration she creates a killer remix that is bound to make any Riot Grrrl proud and simply annihilate any harder edged dance floor.
