Press Info:
Jonas Kopp will launch his new Tremsix imprint early June with the ‘Tremsix’ EP, comprising four originals from the Argentinian Techno producer.

Tremsix is the new creation of Argentina born now Spain based producer and DJ Jonas Kopp, known for his work over the years on leading Techno imprints such as Tresor, Pole Group, Soma and more. The imprint will stand as a platform for Jonas to release his own take on Techno and other timeless electronic music. Jonas has decided to create a new space to develop all of the sonic projects he’s been working on recently and the result is a fusion of healing frequencies + rhythmic compositions connecting with all of his roots, he calls it ‘’a spiritual channel of art’’.

Leading on the package is ‘Cosmonaut’, as the name would suggest a spaced out Techno cut which twists and turns through modulating synth swells, thunderous kicks, heady stab sequences and driving hi-hats. ‘Balance’ follows and tips the focus over to rave-tinged chord hits and choppy bass tones, constantly filtered and wandering throughout the composition as robust drums fuel the driving groove.

‘Mastership’ opens the B-Side with an Electro edge, employing crunchy 808 style rhythms with a gritty square wavs bass line, robotic voices and glitched out percussion. ‘Instant Projection’ then closes the package with a similar aesthetic as arpeggio bass lead, punchy snares, shuffled hats and mind bending resonant synths ebb and flow dynamically throughout.
