Info:
The fourth transmission from K209, the Berlin-based label from Grounded Theory founder Henning Baer and Do Not Resist The Beat! head Milton Bradley, showcases the individual production talents and unified collaborative strength of two of Berlin’s leading techno artists.

Distributed exclusively via Hard Wax since its founding in 2011, K209 releases music from Baer and Bradley in various guises. With Baer’s “Sleeper” taking cues from hiphop’s boom-bap and Bradley’s “Divergence” showcasing stringy, heads-down techno, K209-4 highlights the pairs ongoing skill in merging multiple experimental, industrial, and traditional electronic forms. Equally memorable are the gasping electro of Baer’s “14 Vac,” and the stringy broken beats of Bradley’s “Beat 992.”

K209-4 builds in intensity and tempo over five tracks, ultimately feeling like the ideal vinyl representation of a well-paced Grounded Theory club night.
