Sencity Metropolis allows you to experience music through all of your senses. On the 23th of September this global concept will take place in the Tresor club and features a variety of electronic artists, combined with unique elements such as a vibrating floor, aromajockeys with special fragrances that will be spread in the club, performances, visual shows and taste sensations. Yes, Sencity truly stimulates all your senses.
In the Globus room, there will be a special live performance including a visual show (to be announced). Besides that, berlin based Savas Pascalidis will bring his 20 years of dj experience to the club, providing his love for straight face to face techno with acid, disco and detroit influences. Dj/composer and sounddesigner Jozak Sander will do a live performance with his own developed MIDI handgloves, allowing him to edit and mix his music strictly with his hands. Aron Friedman, Jean Pierre Enfant and Gustav Goodstuff from the Netherlands are bringing their records as well, which are highly influenced by metropoles of Chicago, Berlin and Detroit and have been mixed by them in quality venue’s such as Trouw Amsterdam so far.
These artists will flourish next to stage performances, dancers and visuals by the infamous youube visualduo the29nov, that showed the world their vision on electronic music with their unique movies. Their channel was getting so popular that artists like Move D are requesting them to create videoclips of their releases.
The basement will dig a little deeper in to the music with artists as Rødhåd (Dystopian), shifting from dark deephouse and dubtechno to strong athmospheric techno and dubtechno dj Sebastian Kökow, followed up by typical industrial sound of Artefakt from the Amsterdam based Distant Drummer Collective and Tresor resident Manuel Münster.
Sencity is a global concept that is being held across the globe, providing unique events that are accesible for hearing and deaf people by creating a multisensorial experience and will hit Sao Paolo and Rotterdam in the same weekend.
