Introduction:
40 years ago … In the early morning of the 18th May 1980 Ian Curtis, singer of the band Joy Division, committed suicide by hanging in his kitchen after struggling with his health, his marriage, his relationships and life in general.
For the world the band left two great albums, “Unknown Pleasures” & “Closer”, plus several compilations and live recordings. And for sure songs like “Love Will Tear Us Apart”, “Transmission”, “New Dawn Fades” etc.
