Press Info: A1
Alignment kicks off the EP with ‘New World’, a heavily 90s influenced banger that showcases his trademark rolling groove. Teaming industrial stabs with a dreamy, emotive pad, this track is sure to set the dance floor alight.
A2
Alignment continues the theme from the A1 with ‘Extinction’, a deeper, trance-influenced banger. ‘Extinction’s urgency and eclectic sound design make this a peak-time weapon to remember.
B1
‘Planet’ showcases Alignment’s deeper edge to his productions. Restrained synth-work combined with rough, distorted drums make this a highly effective mix tool.
B2
Alignment goes back to his roots with ‘Virtual System’, a UK DnB influenced track with jungle-esque percussion to create a deep, atmospheric outro.

Amsterdam based label Anagram readies label co-founder Sinfol’s first solo release in three years entitled ‘Pull Back’. The release, which features four passionate tracks, sees the light of day in the beginning of April.
Since the launch of Anagram three years ago the label has put out a steady flow of releases from artists such as Anetha, Octual, Stefan Vincent, Elad Magdasi and Haze. However, the imprint has also acted as the main platform for Sinfol’s own productions. Blurring the line between various subgenres, the Dutch artist is an eclectic one and meanders between acid, house, techno and more.
The chords and arpeggios set the mood in ‘Life Off Measure’ where robotic elements rise to meet them, carving the way for ‘Result’ with its oscillating tones, clap fueled percussion and three-o-three licks. ‘Pull Back’ is packed with a thunderous energy that’s intertwined with Sinfol’s soulful vocals and ethereal synths, before swaying into deep house territory with ‘Exhale’. The track’s rolling bass, broken drums and twinkling melodies round off the latest instalment on the rising Amsterdam label off in a graceful manner.

Echo expert Monomood dives deep into an ocean of chords with his “Fall” and label mind Insect O. takes you to the mystical “Forest Of The Monkeys”. After strolling around you find yourself lost in the soundscapes of El Choop’s “Narrow Pulse” and Infinitedub’s “Pulse Storm”. Bristol meets Malta. Not enough of chords? Screaming synths wake you up in Planetary Secret 90’s techno interpretation “Offshore Platform”. It’s time to move!
Alek S is no stranger to dub techno lovers around the world. His “Cream” sounds like dancing ice crystals. Leipzig based modular techno head Markus Masuhr experiments with hypnotizing drone sounds in his “Stages Of The Ocean” and Phil Baenz delivers some analog techno for the dancefloor with his “Isslag”. Finally made of CONCRETE label heads Rebar prove with their “Morning Routine” the best thing to do in a cold winter night is to dance your shoes off in the strobe lights of a techno club.

In 2011 Etui started the new vinyl series Etui Low Tech Dub to focus on the deep and dubby side of techno and transfer it into an up-to-date audioframe.
