Press Info:
Time repeats itself, constantly. The revival of the heydays of early hardstyle and trance-infused hard electronic is here: Age Of Creation. Usually, YÅ doesn’t hold back, and also now is not the time to; the overall BPM of the full EP is well above the label’s average and 5 tracks are equipped to examine speakers’ full ranges.

In Strike Again, Yanis (YÅ) is working the kick and reversed bass effect through rap lyrics and zesty synth lines. The Age Of Creation’s EP title track wears the same kick and bass and several classic hardcore samples fill in the gaps. Also here the synths breathe a little bit of that nostalgic Thunderdome spirit.

The screeches in Dystopia launch you knee-deep into the stratosphere, to get stuck in a nostalgic loop of arped synth-power and hard percussion.

The elements in Falhaber’s remix have more time to puff in a less fast-paced, but evenly effective dancefloor smasher. Watch how the break works into a drop with a dose of what could be good ‘ol Theracords spice.

Blow off some steam with Brecc, firing up the muscles with syncopated screech fillers and a driving as ever arpeggiated electrifying groove.

Unbelieve In Me
(Kaylah Remix)

Press Info:
Upon the arrival of the original tracks in the inbox of Märked, I was immediately intrigued by the sound of ANDROM. The characteristics of overdriven electric guitar sounds catch your attention by the minute and blend especially well with techno, which we have previously only seen UVB do properly – until now.

ANDROM’s Märked debut with My Distorted Fantasy is a refreshing one. Together with 3 men strong (Ayarcana, Plukkk, and Kaylah) for the remixes, he sets the tone right to bring attention to our 30 releases since 2016. It also wasn’t a surprise finding out he’d studied at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam.

Iconic synth riffs in the opening track ‘Unbelieve In Me’ where the kick punches through like a knife through butter, charged with guitar slams on the 4’s. Further elaborating on the rock ‘n roll spirit with Infected, punching, and marching forward with more flying percussive objects in Going Life.

Ever heard an angry steel bending factory produce a rhythm? Ayarcana stretches the boundaries of aggression-relief in a heavy 2-step remix. After being away for a while, we welcome Plukkk to Märked with a mysterious and striking techno storyline. Kaylah brings fiercely high energy to the table at a pace that’s recognizable for this era of techno with a rework of the addictive main hook in ‘Unbelieve In Me’.

Hyperspace
(Rommek’s Raving At Home Remix)

Press Info:
90s techno in a crisp 2021 jacket. Charlie Sparks brings 4 tracks of pure dance floor power, including a legendary Rommek remix pulled through gritty breakbeat dimensions.

Anastasia sets the tone right with a 90s hinting female vocal and stabs, picturing an uplifting vibe driven by snappy percussion. An extra dimension is added by the introduction of another 90s-colored synth elevating the track until the ending.

Interstellar is of a faster pace, lines of acid are added and the BPM is higher. Around midway the track starts to really lift off after adding an electrifying iconic guitar-like synth line.

It is in the name, Hyperspace will take you into hyper space without a doubt. Drawing you back and forth with glitchy synths going into thick acid through after an immersive build-up.

Rommek brings maturity to the table in an imminent remix of Hyperspace. Strong kick rhythm combined with clever perc hits and the same glitchy synths taken from the original mix as the main driver lead.

KaioBarssalos
Falling Elithics
(Makornik Remix)

Press Info:
Functional and stable four-to-the-floor, with touches of iconic melodies and catchy rhythms. It’s a first timer for a Brazilian artist to feature on the label, but certainly a memorable one. KaioBarssalos hits the spot just right between driving techno with proper uumpf and snappy hypnotic synth riffs.

‘The Castle’ is a track with cleverly programmed delay on the lead. The melody is nostalgic and melancholic at the same time, making the track particularly suitable for home-listeners too.

Saturnian System has the acid and high pace in it’s groove. The short stabs and acid holds the drive, lead by tensive pad harmonies.

We get why Amelie Lens recently supported one of his releases, because for dance floors they seem very effective. Nothing is different in Falling Elithics, faster rhythm, higher notes.

Spreadless with Wesley Martins packs the dirty acid sounds with a dry pounding kick and Makornik reimagines Falling Elithics in a more repetitive way, an effective synth groove working its way up to a full-blown warehouse tool.

Press Info:
We are super excited to present to you this eclectic album filled with sparkling talent, varying from lighter melodic techno to physical techno surprises.
Starting off with a magical cruise on Harry Potter’s air travelling device. LCYDMND is someone who hasn’t passed our radar earlier, but this certainly locks us in. A dreamy synth and minimal drums seem an effective combo.

Johannes Schuster on board with a driving, yet mystical track, grinding forward with short arppeggiated synth hits cleverly placed onto the beat.

KLAMER – Dysphoria Control is the soundtrack to an early sunrise coming up, where the first sun flashes through a window, reflecting a slight misty, pure blue sky. Unlike real dysphoria, this is what we crave for in a post-epidemic world.

If there was anything Romain Vincent’s track Breaking Barriers reminds us of, it would be the slighest hint of a sound coming from Kobosil’s R-Label. Physical, punishing warehouse techno.
Another new name to the label is Ømen, bringing the raw and melodic techno vibes from the UK. The catchy melody is good to stick in your head for hours, reminiscing of the refreshingly great dynamic of the party.

Ethereal Beauty by Joshua Naughton is an exceptional bloops and bleeps track with an atmosphere hinting to the Scandinavian sound, but the kick and boldness is what we hear more in West European countries.

Onelas’ Rave Now is throwing it over a different angle, pushing hiphop lyrics and happy house stabs. But it wouldn’t be on Märked if it wasn’t for the kick and the obscure synth on the turn.
E.L.I.A.S.’ premiere on Märked has it all; refreshing sounds, hypnotic background spheres, packing a short breakbeat in the first part. Further develops into a surprising catchy and big melody.
Violent never disappoints. In Hoax he sets another standard for the kind of techno that makes you go physical. Pure audiophile food for the body, like a stomping freight train without the brakes.
Rounding off, NHM brings the boldness. Churning bass underneath hasty percussion and fast synths. Here comes the storm, as the vocals talk you into battle.

Rock’n roll techno from Roni Rix. Contagious hits of perc on the left and right, tuning in into an amped guitar sound. An overdriven – yet cleverly soothing – synth rhythm in the break, running into rhythmic drum solos.

The kick hits hard in the finishing track by Vendex & 753, who weave together aggression while triggering a sentimental note. Proper closing down – we’ll be back soon.

Peace.
