The Violent Youth and Artoffact Records announce at the beginnging of 2023 that not only have they joined forces for the release of the album “Na Igle” coming on the 12th January 2024, but have signed a multi-album deal! Along with the announcement, they share a preview of what is to come with a new single and music video.

On joining the Artoffact Records label family, the band warmly says, “It’s very exciting. This is a new step for the band and we are very happy to start working together with Artoffact Records and releasing our next album on this label.”

Naturally, with this thrilling announcement, the band has shared a new song to set the stage for what to expect in this new era of The Violent Youth. “Prah,” is out now, along with an accompanying music video. On the video, the band comments, “A very interesting and funny feeling is to see yourself as a viewer at 180 degrees. We have never seen or filmed such videos. One of our favorites – “Prah” (Ash) was the first song that immediately came to my mind when we received this offer.”

The Violent Youth are a german/russian Synth Pop duo from Augsburg, Germany, consisting of Arthur Tsymbal (Vocal, Synthesizers) and Egor Ivakhnenko (Synthesizer).They construct melancholic 1980s-inspired synth-pop music.2014 released their first Album “Loud” and played their first Liveshows in Belarus und Russia.With their second Album – Discotheque, TVY changed their sound. The sound got darker, the lyrics deeper. After “Discotheque” was released, TVY played at the one of the biggest Belarusian musicfestivals “FSP” und the first European live shows in Germany and Belgium.With their new album “Distant” The Violent Youth are going to play their first big European tour to show a brand new analogue sound in their music together with the lyric themes from love to politics.
