A1) The first track of the compilation, „Nuk“ by Subjected is based on square sounding loops, driven by soft as well as dynamic sounding hi hats. It’s character would suit openings and peak time sets.

A2) Second track produced by Italian powerhouse – Kaiser is filled with pulsating sounds, which makes you feel as if you are space traveling, leaving you with an impression of touching the future instead of the past.

B1) „SX One“, starting with a moody pads smoothly turns into properly stomping track. When the throbbing sound is appearing we have no doubt that this track would perfectly suit big room venues. Great track by the rising techno queen Denise Rabe.

B2) Coming to an end, we meet a track of another Italian producer. MTD delivers a hypnotic and pounding piece, gradually releasing it’s uprising temper.

For her third installment, Rabe delivers 2 original tracks with her indistinguishable haunting sound, driven by martial rhythmic structures in opposition to the fluid, evolving soundscapes that balance her music.

Equally thought out was the inclusion of remixes by Nur Jaber and Orphx whose rework of ‘Lucy’s Dream’ seamlessly incorporate that eerie undertone, a constant in Rabe’s work, that seems to lure the listener thru the haze that separates reality and the dream states.

Berlin-based Pascal Hetzel returns to Caduceus Records with a new slice of gritty industrial-tinged techno and finely tuned sound design. “Noxious Stimulus”, the EP’s title track, is a heavy peak-time filler with a mesmerizing bleepy modular sequence on top of rough monochrome beats. On her remix, rising talent Denise Rabe cranks up the paranoia and turns “Noxious Stimulus” into an unrelenting pitch black grinder. “Pain Tolerance Threshold” starts off as hefty with yet another dose of metallic atmospheres and crushing modular sequences, until a bright pad appears out of the dark. The next strike by Bastian Balders comes with two strong originals straight for the floors and an awesome edit from Denise Rabe.

Bastian Balders grew up in West-Germany. He began playing drums at age 6 and in 1997 he developed an interest in techno music because his father has listened to electronic music at that time. From this young age, through his teenage years, continuing into early adulthood, Bastian has listened to techno. He also became increasingly interested in the electronic music scene. He has travelled to more than 30 countries and got behind the scenes, meeting DJ’s and producers from all over the world. His passion for electronic music, especially techno, inspired him to become an artist himself.

Bastian Balders has already released his music on Labels like ARTS and Trapez. His music is unique because he likes melodious synths as well as straight-up techno.
