Hardfloor, pioneer’s of Acid have returned to their roots with a new album entitled “All Targets Down”. This fat chunk of old school vibe, is a perfect example of why people fell in love with their sound six years ago. Hardfloor aka Ramon Zenker and Oliver Bondzio, had their first big break when they released the huge floor filler “Acperience”, an acid fuelled high energy stomper which at the time was instrumental in creating the German sound. From this point onwards came a succession of four to floor fillers and remixes, followed by experimentation in more downbeat territory. With the realease of this long awaited new album, Hardfloor are firmly back in the limelight. As a taster to the album there is a 12″ release entitled “Hardfloor Will Survive” feat Phuture 303. This is collaberation with Spanky & Professor Trax(phuture 303) who feature on vocal. Phuture 303 have also been responible for defining acid and are the perfect accompliment. Hardfloor are back with a vengeance, old school with a new vibe. So
watch this space Acid is the way ahead again in 98!
