Jaelos may be a name fresh to the world of record labels but make no mistake, it is a name associated with curating the best techno talent from around the world. So, in addition to a popular YouTube channel, we now have the Jaelos label bringing us brand new music too.
The first release is a Various Artists compilation, featuring four original tracks displaying varying shades of techno. There is a general acidic theme at play here, whether it be through simple nods to the past or the full on 303 style basslines that are also on offer. Cinematic soundscapes are also in the forefront of curator’s mind, each track just as easily a pure listening experience as it is one for dancing
